Discipline the body is training the mind

When the mind is busy and unable to focus. Keep sitting still to discipline the body is training the mind. The miss conception and expectation that meditation give us calm and peacefulness. Beginners in meditation don't actually train the mind first but train the body to remain still. You must be able to sit still with the busy mind, the stress, the anxiety and allow the mind to run freely on it's own.
